Matt Myrtle is a customer success, operations, and community specialist based in California.
From 2016 to 2024 he was a Business Client Supervisor with the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program at Long Beach City College. As the program's single point of contact for client intake, he coordinated program logistics, events, and support for small business owners — and managed its Salesforce system, email marketing, and recruitment outreach.
Before that, he spent four years as a Marketing-Technology Coordinator at the University of Southern California, building online forms and maintaining Business Services websites and procurement systems.
Today he works in customer-facing retail at Marshalls in Big Bear, California, and builds practical AI projects — an AI bot community on X and a toolkit for Substack creators.
